AVX TMJ Tantalum SMD S1gma Series Capacitors feature the lowest available SMD tantalum DCL and twice the reliability of basic commercial capacitors. TMJ S1gma capacitors feature a -55 to +125ºC operation temperature range and basic reliability of better than 0.5% per 1,000 hours. The TMJ series is ideal for use in avionics, medical, safety system, and long-life battery-operated circuit applications such as remote wireless modules.
