Endura™ Ruggedized Timing Solutions

SiTime Endura™ Ruggedized Timing Solutions for aerospace and defense are MEMS-based timing devices for mission-critical operations under shock, vibration, extreme temperature, and other harsh environmental conditions. These devices operate in a factory-programmable frequency range from 32.768kHz to 900MHz, as low as 0.004ppb/g typical acceleration sensitivity and a high reliability (>2.2 billion hours MTBF). The Endura™ supports multiple product families, including OCXOs, MHz Super-TCXOs, low-noise Super-TCXOs, differential oscillators, and kHz oscillators. These devices offer unchanged performance under random vibration, >100,000g shock survivability, semiconductor manufacturing quality, and 6-sigma processes. Typical applications include GNSS receivers, tactical communications, MOSA open architectures, UAVs and drones, LEO SatCom, vehicle communications, and pulse-per-second timekeeping.
