Pairing Gate Drivers with EliteSiC MOSFETs

NCD57100 Gate Drivers

onsemi NCD57100 Gate Drivers are high-current single-channel IGBT drivers featuring internal galvanic isolation. The onsemi NCD57100 is designed for enhanced system efficiency and reliability in high-power applications. Notable features include complementary inputs, open drain FAULT, and READY outputs. The NCx5710y variant accommodates 5V and 3.3V signals on the input side, with a wide bias voltage range on the driver side, including negative voltage capability.
