Carlo Gavazzi DRC61 Insulation Monitoring Device continuously monitors insulation resistance between DC lines and the ground in electric vehicle (EV) charging applications. This monitoring ensures early detection of gradual degradation and sudden insulation faults. The DRC61 helps guarantee user safety and system reliability in high-voltage DC environments. This Carlo Gavazzi device operates directly up to 1000VDC within a single module, eliminating the need for additional adapters typical of competing solutions. This compact, efficient, and simplified insulation monitoring system is ideal for Mode 4 DC fast-charging stations, especially when combined with DCM1 DC Energy Meters.
