NXP Semiconductors FRDM-A-S32K144N Development Board

NXP Semiconductors FRDM-A-S32K144N Development Board is a general-purpose platform for industrial and automotive application prototyping. Based on the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F S32K1 microcontroller, the board delivers communication, power delivery, sensing, and debug resources for S32K144N-based designs.

The FRDM-A-S32K144N combines CAN and LIN communication via the NXP FS23 system-on-chip, robust two-way power delivery via USB Type-C® and DNP Power JACK connectors, a temperature sensor, JTAG, and an onboard debugger with an NXP K20 MCU. The FRDM-A-S32K144N Dev Board also implements a standard form factor compatible with the Arduino® UNO pin layout, enabling expansion board options for quick application demonstrations.

The development board is designed for automotive and industrial applications that need fast prototyping with onboard CAN FD, LIN, power delivery, and debug features. The FRDM-A-S32K144N is an excellent option for airbag and crash detection, battery management systems, electric pumps, and HVAC development.
