Texas Instruments OPAx993 Low-Power Op Amps
Texas Instruments OPAx993 Low-Power Op Amps are high-voltage, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifiers for precision industrial and power-system signal chains. The series includes the dual OPA2993 and quad OPA4993 devices, delivering 32V operation, 20MHz unity-gain bandwidth, and 40V/μs slew rate while consuming 400μA per channel.
The OPAx993 combines high AC performance with DC precision, including low offset voltage, low offset drift, low noise, and low distortion. The TI OPAx993 Low-Power Op Amps are unity-gain stable and support rail-to-rail signal swing, making them appropriate for ADC driving, reference buffering, current sensing, fault detection, and high-voltage industrial interface circuits.
The op amps are ideal for AC charging stations, GFCI fault detection and testing, software-defined radio, display panels, LCD TVs, wireless-controlled lighting, motor drives, power delivery systems, ADC drivers, reference buffers, and current sensing. The OPAx993 devices are specified from -40°C to +125°C and are available in dual and quad industry-standard package options.
