Infineon Technologies AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensor
Infineon Technologies AS6200 Digital Temperature Sensor features high measurement accuracy (±0.4°C) and low power consumption (6µA operation and 0.1µA standby). This module communicates via the I2C interface. The sensor consists of a Si-bandgap temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor. The AS6200 is a factory-calibrated sensor with integrated linearization and the ability to operate two AS6200 devices on a single bus. The Infineon Technology AS6200 digital temperature sensor also offers an alert function that can trigger an interrupt to protect devices from excessive temperatures.
