Analog Devices AD-ETHERNETAPLDEVICE-SL Ethernet-APL Field Platform is a complete field-device platform for prototyping intelligent, secure, and connected industrial devices. The platform employs a DIN B-compatible design to simplify Ethernet-APL field device development and is designed and certified for intrinsic safety. The ADI AD-ETHERNETAPLDEVICE-SL platform integrates processing, memory, safety, security, and single-pair Ethernet connectivity for high-performance field applications. The Ethernet-APL Field Platform includes a MAX32690 dual-core Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU with FPU and RISC-V co-processor, external RAM and Flash, and a 10Mbps single-pair Ethernet link enabled by the ADIN1110 10BASE-T1L MAC/PHY.
The platform supports Ethernet-APL field device prototyping, remote data acquisition, system configuration, and industrial application development. The AD-ETHERNETAPLDEVICE-SL supports open-source software, Zephyr board definition support, Code Fusion Studio support, and example protocol support for PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and MQTT.
