Bourns LTCC Baluns
Bourns LTCC Baluns provide compact RF signal conversion for wireless communication and positioning front-end designs. These low-temperature co-fired ceramic devices integrate passive elements into a monolithic structure and support balanced-to-unbalanced signal conversion with impedance transformation. The included FBN1606N360D6, FBN2009N090D6, FBN2009N185D6, and FBN2009N230D6 devices address IoT/LTE, LTE, GPS, and 5G applications. Bourns LTCC Baluns support 50Ω unbalanced port impedance and 3W maximum power capacity. The baluns feature 100Ω balanced port impedance across higher-frequency ranges, except for the FBN2009N090D6, which offers 50Ω balanced port impedance for 800MHz to 1000MHz operation.
