Bourns SMPS CD-DF Surface-Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes

Bourns SMPS CD-DF Surface-Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer exceptional high forward current and low forward voltage, making them ideal for converting alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) in power applications. These features allow designers to meet compact, high-efficiency design requirements, eliminating the need to specify larger diodes for higher-current applications. Bourns CD-DF Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer a forward current of 4A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 600V and 1000V. The compact size makes these modules well-suited for use in high-density board designs. These devices can also be mounted onto the bottom side of PCB assemblies. The chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick-and-place equipment, and offer a flat configuration that minimizes roll-away.
