Coto Technology RR123-1H02-612 RedRock® TMR Sensor
Coto Technology RR123-1H02-612 RedRock® Tunneling Magneto Resistance (TMR) Sensor is a digital magnetic sensor switch with 7G (0.7mT) sensitivity. This sensor features an omnipolar magnetic field response and offers the lowest average current of 20nA. The RR123-1H02-612 sensor operates at 1Hz frequency with a supply voltage from 1V to 3.6V range. This sensor/switch can be used to efficiently source up to 20mA of current to an application circuit. The Latch Control Pin (LCP) keeps the output in a given state regardless of any changes in the magnetic field. The RR123-1H02-612 sensor is ideal for use in small battery-powered applications like portable medical devices, proximity detection, and wake-up microprocessors.Features
