Diodes Incorporated PI3CH325x Multiplexer NanoSwitch™ ICs

Diodes Incorporated PI3CH325x Multiplexer NanoSwitch™ ICs are 2- or 4-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer with 3-state outputs. The PI3CH325x switch provides no additional ground bounce noise or propagation delay. The Diodes Incorporated PI3CH325x is ideal for switching signals that have high bandwidth (500MHz).
