HARTING har-flex® Power Cable Connectors
HARTING har-flex® Power Cable Connectors are specially developed for demanding power transmission applications from cable to board. These connectors provide crimp contacts up to size 18AWG, increasing power to the PCB without a large footprint. The har-flex® power cable connectors feature a maximum rated current of 22.5A, a 250V rated voltage (UL), a 2.54mm pitch, and >500 mating cycles (contacts). These connectors reduce troubleshooting and downtime and provide reliable connections in the harshest environments. The har-flex connectors support a robust latching mechanism that provides an audible click when mating and a high retention force, which ensures strong and error-free connections. These connectors include shock and vibration-proof (50G and 20G) and -55°C to 125°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include automation, transportation, smart infrastructure, robotics, medical, control cabinets, frequency inverters, I/O systems, diagnostic devices, signaling, and drives.
