Traveo
Traveo™ microcontrollers are based on the Arm® Cortex®-R5 core and deliver high performance, enhanced human-machine interfaces, high-security, and advanced networking protocols tailored for a broad range of automotive applications such as electrification, HVAC, lighting, and automotive cluster displays.

Traveo II
The Traveo II microcontrollers are designed for automotive body electronics applications and offer cutting-edge performance, safety, and security. With processing power and network connectivity built into a single Arm® Cortex-M4F and dual Cortex- M7F, this family of MCUs has enhanced performance from 400 DMIPS in Traveo to 1500 DMIPS in Traveo II.

This family also provides scalability across memory size and pin count. The IP compatibility enables customers to design and develop using third-person systems with a single-platform MCU solution. Traveo II devices have advanced security features with the introduction of HSM (Hardware security module), dedicated Cortex-M0+ for secure processing, and embedded flash in dual bank mode for FOTA requirements. Traveo II MCUs feature six power modes that enable ECUs to minimize overall power consumption.

Automotive PSoC 4000
The smallest member of the automotive PSoC 4 family, PSoC 4000 features a 16-MHz Arm® Cortex™-M0 CPU, standard communication and timing peripherals, programmable analog subsystem, and CapSense capacitive-sensing technology.

Automotive PSoC 4000S
Automotive PSoC 4000S series combines 48MHz ARM® Cortex™ -M0+ architecture with programmable analog and programmable digital blocks. The PSoC 4000 S-Series delivers Cypress’s fourth-generation, low-power (3μA) CapSense solution that “just works” under all conditions with an SNR >300:1. This family introduces Smart I/Os and leverages PSoC Creator and Components to enable last-minute feature changes without PCB spins.

Automotive PSoC 4100S
Automotive PSoC 4100 S-Series features a programmable 48MHz Arm® Cortex™-M0+ with 64KB flash and highly reliable, low-power CapSense capacitive sensing, along with programmable analog and programmable digital blocks. The PSoC 4100 S-Series delivers Infineon’s fourth-generation, low-power (3μA) CapSense solution that “just works” under all conditions with an SNR >300:1. This family introduces Smart I/Os and leverages PSoC Creator and Components to enable last-minute feature changes without PCB spins. This series is qualified for operating up to +125°C ambient temperature.

Automotive PSoC 4100S Plus
Automotive PSoC 4100S Plus Series replaces 8-/16-bit MCUs with a programmable 48MHz Arm® Cortex™-M0+ solution, including programmable analog and programmable digital blocks. The PSoC 4100 S Plus Series delivers Infineon’s fourth-generation, low-power CapSense solution that “just works” under all conditions with an SNR >300:1, in addition to a CAN controller for communicating with the car network. The combination of HMI + CAN controller system provides communication solution to the car network, as well as low-end body MCU applications. This series is qualified for operating up to +125°C ambient temperature.

Automotive PSoC 4200
Automotive PSoC 4200 family combines Arm® Cortex™-M0 architecture and low-power CapSense capacitive sensing with up to 32 KB flash, digital-analog and programmable digital blocks. This series offers compatibility with Automotive Grade A and Grade S temperature ranges.

Infineon's automotive RAM solutions offer energy-efficient, reliable, and low-cost solutions for mission-critical applications such as instrument cluster, infotainment, ADAS, and body electronics systems applications.

Asynchronous SRAM
The asynchronous SRAM portfolio serves a wide variety of high-reliability applications, including automotive Grade 3 and Grade 1 requirements. It's Fast (to 10ns), Micropower (MoBL®) products, with on-chip Error Correcting Code (ECC) are form-fit-function compatible with older generations while improving system reliability without investing in system re-designs.

Synchronous SRAM
Infineon offers automotive-grade Sync SRAMs with an on-chip error correction code (ECC) for industry-leading reliability. These SRAMs are used where high Random Transaction Rate performance is needed to meet demanding system requirements.

Serial F-RAM
Infineon automotive grade F-RAMs perform write operations at bus speed without any write delays while supporting 1013 read/write cycles and reliable data retention for 121 years. The Excelon™-Auto family of 2-Mbit memories deliver up to 50MHz SPI bus and are automotive Grade 1-compliant. Infineon offers additional Serial F-RAMs from 4Kb to 2-Mbit densities that support I2C and SPI interfaces. These support both Automotive Grade 3 and Grade 1 temperature ranges.

Parallel F-RAM
2-Mbit and 1-Mbit parallel F-RAMs provide high-endurance read/writes and long data retention, supporting the Automotive Grade 3 temperature range.

HyperRAM
HyperRAM™ devices are ideal for SoCs with limited onboard RAM, providing external scratch-pad memory for fast read and write operations and supporting fast delivery of high-resolution graphics in the early part of the boot process for automotive applications. The Infineon HyperRAM™ family offers 64- and 128-Mbit densities, with options supporting Automotive Grade 2 or Grade 3 temperature ranges.

Infineon Technologies AEC-Q100 qualified automotive power management ICs (PMICs) provide highly-integrated and robust power management solutions. This automotive PMIC portfolio combines buck and boost functions to reduce extreme battery fluctuations while integrating system safety functions such as watchdog timers (WDT) and voltage supervisors in a small form factor.

S6BP50x Three-Channel Instrument Cluster PMICs
Infineon's S6BP50x PMICs are automotive-grade, 3-channel output power management ICs (PMICs). They come with a buck controller and a buck converter, as well as a boost converter, offering a single chip 5.0V, 3.3V, and 1.2V power source. These PMICs have quiescent current as low as 15μA and are well suited for Instrument Cluster systems.

Infineon Technologies AEC-Q100-qualified Clock eXtension Peripheral Interface (CXPI) transceivers leverage Local Interconnect Network (LIN) automotive communication protocol. CXPI has the benefits of decreasing bill-of-material costs and fuel consumption by reducing the wiring weight and length. It's CSMA/CR system built into the polling system of LIN provides higher response time and scalability. Providing CRC error detection and a secondary clock master feature, Infineon CXPI ensures improved reliability critical for your automotive design.

S6BT112A One-Channel CXPI Transceiver IC
The one-channel CXPI transceiver ICs are designed to improve the automotive communication network. This CXPI transceiver IC connects the CXPI data link controller and the CXPI Bus line and enables direct connection to the vehicle battery with high surge protection. The JASO CXPI-compliant portfolio features a flexible bit rate ranging from 2.4Kbps to 20Kbps while offering an optional Spread Spectrum Clock Generator (SSCG) function for EMI efficiency.
