KEMET TPI SMD Large Current Power Inductors
KEMET TPI SMD Large Current Power Inductors deliver a very low core loss due to a one-turn coil construction, enabling high efficiency at large currents. These hyper-efficient ferrite core inductors feature low self-heating and DCR while operating under temperatures between -40°C and +125°C. KEMET TPI SMD Large Current SMD inductors are ideal for servers, storage, supercomputers, decentralized power supplies, point of loads (PoL), DC-DC power supplies, and other high-switching frequency applications.The TPI series offers two solutions. One set of parts are DC optimized inductors for hard SW topology, 12V power distribution. The other set comprises AC optimized inductors for soft SW topology, 48V power distribution. These AC optimized inductors were developed for Switched Tank Convertor (STC) technology.
