Murata Electronics SCH16T-K10 6-Degrees-of-Freedom (6DoF) Gyroscope and Accelerometer Sensors offer 2000°/s gyroscope and 16g accelerometer measurement ranges for high performance. These inertial measurement units (IMUs) feature a SafeSPI v2.0 interface, 20-bit and 16-bit output data, extensive self-diagnostics, and an SOIC-24 package with dimensions of 11.8mm x 13.4mm x 2.9mm. The angular rate and accelerometer sensor elements are based on 3D-MEMS technology, and the signal processing is operated by a signal mixed-signal ASIC. Murata Electronics SCH16T-K10 6DoF Gyroscope and Accelerometer Sensors are designed, manufactured, and tested for high stability, quality, and reliability.
