Vishay EFUSE-800V40ABI Bidirectional eFuse handles voltages up to 950V and a 40A current rating and is fully equipped with all the required feedback signals. This platform enhances overall vehicle safety by protecting against voltage spikes, overcurrent, and rising temperatures. Features include a low TCR shunt for precise current measurement, low tracking error voltage divider, and a robust I/O port providing ESD protection and feewheel capabilities. Vishay EFUSE-800V40ABI Bidirectional eFuse is based on Vishay's SiC MOSFETs.
