Nisshinbo NT1193FAAE2S GNSS Wideband Low Noise Amplifier

Nisshinbo Micro Devices NT1193FAAE2S GNSS Wideband Low Noise Amplifier is developed for multi-band GNSS systems. The amplifier features high gain and a low-noise figure across all GNSS bands from L1 to L2/L5/L6, making it excellent for GNSS module and IoT device applications. The standby function helps reduce current consumption.

The Nisshinbo Micro Devices NT1193FAAE2S GNSS Wideband Low-Noise Amplifier offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The LNA achieves a compact mounting area with a small-sized package EPFFP-6-FA and only two external components.
