NXP Semiconductors i.MX 91 Evaluation Kit
NXP Semiconductors i.MX 91 Evaluation Kit is designed for evaluating i.MX 91 application processors and measuring power consumption on power rails. The NXP Semiconductors i.MX 91 kit consists of two interconnected boards: a compute module and a connectivity baseboard. The compute module, built with standard 6-layer technology, features a superset i.MX 91 SoC, 2GB LPDDR4, 16GB eMMC, NXP's PMIC (PCA9451A), and power monitoring circuits. The connectivity baseboard includes a standard M.2 KEY-E slot, allowing off-the-shelf connectivity modules such as Wi-Fi/BLUETOOTH® options. The kit has a preloaded Linux-based board support package (BSP) that boots from the compute module's eMMC memory. It includes the GoPoint application to explore preinstalled demos, providing an excellent foundation for accelerating design development.
