NXP Semiconductors S912ZVMA MagniV® Microcontrollers

NXP S912ZVMA MagniV® Microcontrollers are S12 MagniV mixed-signal MCUs that integrate solutions for motor control and sensor interface nodes. These MagniV MCUs are a single-chip solution for simple loads controlled remotely via LIN or PWM command. NXP S912ZVMA MagniV MCUs feature integrated LIN-PHY, 12V Voltage Regulator (Vreg), and a half-bridge 2-channel MOSFET gate driver. These MCUs include an S12Z core at 32MHz bus speed, up to 32KB flash, and 128B EEPROM that is included in the longevity program. The target applications are in DC-motor drive, LIN-based actuators, solenoids, valves, and smart junction boxes.
