onsemi NCV-RSL15 BLUETOOTH® 5.2 Secure Wireless MCU

onsemi NCV-RSL15 BLUETOOTH® 5.2 Secure Wireless MCU is designed for connected smart automotive applications. This ultra-low-power secure MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor clocked up to 48MHz. The module maximizes energy efficiency and supports the 2Mbps data rates provided by Bluetooth 5.2. It includes specially tailored design features like wettable flank-plated packaging, built-in data encryption, and a higher operating temperature range. The NCV-RSL15 is ideal for vehicle manufacturers that utilize wireless connectivity to reduce the cost and weight of excess cabling, especially as the number of sensors and in-vehicle communication grows.

onsemi NCV-RSL15 Bluetooth 5.2 Secure Wireless MCU addresses security concerns resulting from using more sensors and employs a cybersecurity platform with Arm CryptoCell™-312 for end-to-end product security and Arm TrustZone® to enable secure execution zones.

The NCV-RSL15 helps enable advanced functionality such as smart vehicle access, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), tire monitoring systems (TMS), and seat belt detection.
