onsemi T30HM1TS2500 Auto Ethernet MAC-PHY Transceiver

onsemi T30HM1TS2500 Automotive Ethernet Transceiver is an IEEE 802.3cg and OPEN Alliance compliant Ethernet transceiver with an integrated Media Access Controller (MAC-PHY). This transceiver is capable of communicating with multiple nodes connected to a shared medium (UTP) at 10Mbps. The T30HM1TS2500 consists of CSMA/CD MAC and PHY with Physical Layer Collision Avoidance (PLCA), and uses SPI (with a clock up to 25MHz) as an interface to higher layers. onsemi T30HM1TS2500 transceiver is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and suitable for industrial applications.
