Preci-Dip Female Sockets are available for every Preci-Dip mating male pin header. This socket and header combination provides engineers with a reliable and high-quality interconnect. Preci-Dip sockets are manufactured to high quality standards. Each socket receptacle contains an internal precision-stamped contact clip. Preci-Dip contact clips provide a superior electrical and mechanical interface to a mated pin.

Preci-Dip Female Sockets are offered in a variety of standard grid sizes and single, double, and triple row packaging. Preci-Dip Female Sockets are precision machined to precise dimensions. Two-piece construction of a machined shell and a contact clip provide the advantage of limiting gold plating only where required (on the contact clip) while the tin-plated shell provides an optimal soldering surface.
