Silicon Labs C8051F9xx MCUs
Silicon Laboratories C8051F9xx Low-Voltage, Low-Power MCUs are capable of operating down to 0.9V. With an integrated DC-DC converter, the devices operate over a 0.9V to 1.8V and 1.8V to 3.6V range, supporting both single- and dual-battery operation. The integrated DC-DC converter can also supply current to external devices, creating an entire solution capable of operating off a single battery. Silicon Laboratories C8051F9xx MCUs come with 64kB of flash and 4kB of RAM in a 4x4mm package.Features
