STMicroelectronics LDO40L Low-Dropout Regulators
STMicroelectronics LDO40L Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 400mA, 38V LDO, ideal for severe automotive environments. The low 45µA quiescent current of the LDO40L makes it suitable for applications permanently connected to battery power. This feature is especially critical when electronic modules remain in active mode when the ignition is off. The LDO40L features embedded protection functions, including current limitation and thermal shutdown. The extended -0.3V to 40V input voltage range, low drop voltage, and low quiescent current features also make the LDO40L suitable for low power industrial and consumer applications. STMicroelectronics LDO40L Low-Dropout Regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and are offered in a compact DFN-6 (3mm x 3mm) package with wettable flanks.Features
