STMicroelectronics STM32WB1xCC Multiprotocol Wireless 32-bit MCUs embed a powerful and ultra-low-power radio compliant with the BLUETOOTH® Low Energy SIG specification v5.0. The STM32WB1xCC provides a dedicated Arm® Cortex®-M0+ for performing all the real-time low-layer operations. The core features a Floating point unit (FPU) single precision that supports all Arm single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. The core also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances application security.

The STM STM32WB1xCC Multiprotocol Wireless 32-bit MCUs integrates high-speed memories (320Kbyte of Flash memory, 48Kbytes of SRAM) and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals. The device supports several mechanisms for embedded Flash memory and SRAM, including readout protection, write protection, and proprietary code readout protection. Portions of the memory are secured for Cortex-M0+ exclusive access.
