STMicroelectronics ULN200x/ULN200xA Seven Darlington Arrays
STMicroelectronics ULN200x/ULN200xA Seven Darlington Arrays offer high-voltage and high-current, containing seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel on the ULN200x and ULN200xA is rated at 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 600mA. The STM ULN200x/ULN200xA Arrays include suppression diodes for inductive load driving, and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout. The ULN200x versions interface to all common logic families: ULN2001 (general purpose, DTL, TTL, PMOS, CMOS); ULN2002 (14 - 25V PMOS); ULN2003 (5V TTL, CMOS); ULN2004 (6 - 15V CMOS, PMOS). These versatile Seven Darlington Arrays are useful for driving a wide range of loads, including solenoids, relay DC motors, LED display filament lamps, thermal printheads, and high-power buffers.
The ULN2001A/2002A/2003A and 2004A are supplied in a 16-pin DIP package with a copper lead frame to reduce thermal resistance. ULN2003 is also available in a TSSOP16 package for reduced application space.
