EPCOS / TDK xEVCap Lead Wire Film Capacitors offer low ESR, low ESL, good self-healing properties, and AEC-Q200 rev. E compliance. These capacitors feature polypropylene dielectric construction, a UL 94V-0 rated plastic case, and epoxy resin sealing with a UL 94V-1 flammability rating. xEVCap capacitors are compatible with WBG semiconductors and are scalable and modular for different power levels and densities. EPCOS / TDK xEVCap Lead Wire Film Capacitors are suitable for parallel connection through busbars, passenger cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, machinery tools, and DC-links for main traction inverters.
