TDK TAS8240 TMR-Based Angle Sensors
TDK TAS8240 Tunnel Magneto-Resistance (TMR)-Based Angle Sensors consist of four Wheatstone bridges for angle detection and provide high angle accuracy of ±1° in an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. These cost-effective, redundant TMR-based sensors feature two package sizes: TSSOP16 with 5mm x 6.4mm x 1.1mm dimensions (W x H x D) and QFN16 (wettable flank) with 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm dimensions. The TAS8240 series offers contactless 360° angle measurement, high stability over temperature, and low power consumption. TDK TAS8240 TMR-Based Angle Sensors are optimized for automotive (AEC-Q100) and industrial applications. The sensors provide accurate and redundant rotor position measurement in safety-relevant applications, such as power steering motors, brake boosters, and traction motors.Features
