Tektronix FCA3000 Timer / Counter / Analyzer packs many different functions into one feature-rich instrument. With the high frequency and time resolution, FCA3000 comes standard with deep internal memory and a fast data transfer rate of 250k Samples/s to internal memory. In addition, the multi-parameter display shows auxiliary measurements alongside your main measurement to provide you with the results you need at a glance. With comprehensive analysis modes, including measurement statistics, histograms, and trend plots, users have the tools needed to quickly and accurately analyze the signal. Tektronix FCA3000 Timer / Counter / Analyzer is offered in a 300MHz model, featuring 12-digit resolution (frequency), histograms, trend plots, statistics (including Allan deviation), multi-parameter display, and USB/GPIB ports for PC connectivity.
