Teledyne LeCroy T3DSO1000 / T3DSO1000A Oscilloscopes are a 2- and 4-channel series of high-speed waveform-capturing devices. The robust T3DSO1000 / T3DSO1000A devices capture up to 400,000wfm/s (in sequence mode), using a 7" TFT-LCD that displays 256-level, intensity-grading results at 800x480 pixels. This family of oscilloscopes features 100MHz, 200MHz, and 350MHz models, a digital intelligent trigger system, security erase mode, pass/fail functions, and USB compatibility. The 4-channel Teledyne LeCroy model is compatible with a number of accessories, including an AWG module, MSO software, and Wi-Fi® software.

  • Low background noise with voltage scales from 500μV/div to 10V/div
  • History waveform record (History) function, maximum recorded waveform length is 80,000 frames
  • 1Mpts FFT
  • Automatic measurement function for 38x parameters, as well as Measurement Statistics, Zoom, Gating, Math, History, and Reference functions
  • Math and measurement functions (FFT, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integration, differential, square root) use all sampled data points (up to 28 Mpts)
  • Preset key can be customized for user settings or factory “defaults”
  • Security Erase mode
  • High-speed hardware-based Pass / Fail function
  • Supports SCPI remote control commands
  • Supports Multi-language display and embedded online help
  • +10°C to +40°C operating temperature range
