Texas Instruments AFE7769EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments AFE7769EVM Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the operation of the AFE77xx family of integrated RF transceivers. The AFE7799 integrates four direct up-conversion transmitter chains, four direct down-conversion receiver chains, and two wideband RF sampling digitizing auxiliary chains (feedback paths).

The AFE7769EVM Evaluation Module incorporates RF baluns to support 600MHz to 2700MHz specifically. The Evaluation Module includes an LMK04828 clock generator, providing reference clocks and sysref to the AFE and capture card (FPGA). The AFE7769EVM Evaluation Module uses a single 6V input, providing complete power management. The external clocking options support feeding the reference clock (for on-chip PLL) or the channel frequency (at 2x LO).

The design interfaces with Texas Instruments pattern/capture card solutions (TSW14J56EVM and TSW14J57EVM, sold separately) and many FPGA development kits.
