Texas Instruments DS90UB971-Q1 FPD-Link IV Serializers
Texas Instruments DS90UB971-Q1 FPD-Link IV Serializers with CSI-2 interface deliver a 7.55Gbps forward channel and an ultra-low latency. These serializers are designed to support ultra-high-speed raw data sensors, including satellite RADAR, Time-of-Flight (ToF), LIDAR, and 8MP+ imagers. The DS90UB971-Q1 serializers support a single-ended coaxial or Shield-Twisted-Pair (STP) cable. These serializers are compatible with DS90UB9702-Q1, DS90UB936-Q1, DS90UB954-Q1, DS90UB962-Q1, and DS90UB960-Q1 deserializers. The DS90UB971-Q1 serializers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These serializers are used in security cameras, medical imaging, Rear-View Cameras (RVC), Forward Vision Cameras (FVC), and Surround View Systems (SVS).The DS90UB971-Q1 serializers feature a single MIPI D-PHY Port with 4 lanes, advanced data protection and diagnostics functions, and a flexible programmable output clock generator. These serializers operate within -40°C to 115°C temperature range and are available in a compact 5mm x 5mm VQFN package.
