Texas Instruments ISO78xx Digital Isolators

Texas Instruments ISO78xx Digital Isolators are high-performance, dual-, triple-, or quad-channel digital isolators with 8000VPK isolation voltage. These isolators provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption, while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O's. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. In the event of input power or signal loss, default output is 'high' for each of these devices. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices from Texas Instruments prevent noise currents on a data bus. They also prevent other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.
