Texas Instruments REF4132/REF4132-Q1 Precision Voltage Reference

Texas Instruments REF4132/REF4132-Q1 Precision Voltage Reference is a low-temperature drift (12ppm/°C), low-power, high-precision CMOS voltage reference. The device features ±0.05% initial accuracy and a low operating current with a power consumption of less than 100µA. This device also offers a very low output noise of 15µVp-p/V, enabling it to maintain high signal integrity with high-resolution data converters in noise-critical systems. In the same SOT-23-5 package, Texas Instruments REF4132/REF4132-Q1 offers enhanced specifications and pin-to-pin replacements for LM4128 and LM4132.

Stability and system reliability are further improved by the device's low output-voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift. Also, the device's small size and low operating current (100µA) can benefit portable and battery-powered applications. REF4132 is specified for the wide temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The REF4132-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
