Texas Instruments SN74AC74/SN74AC74-Q1 Dual D-Type Flip-Flops
Texas Instruments SN74AC74/SN74AC74-Q1 Dual D-Type Flip-Flops include two independent D-type flip-flops. Each channel has independent asynchronous preset (/PRE) and clear (/CLR) inputs. Each channel has inverted (/Q) and non-inverted (Q) outputs. These devices have a wide operating range of 2V to 6V and include inputs that accept voltages up to 6V. The SN74AC74-EP devices have gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish. The Texas Instruments SN74AC74-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
