Texas Instruments TSD5402Q1EVM Amplifier Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TSD5402Q1EVM Amplifier Evaluation Module (EVM) showcases the TSD5402-Q1 analog-input class-D closed-loop mono amplifier. The evaluation module is usable as a stand-alone platform with default I2C register settings. It runs in default I2C register settings without the need for initialization. The Texas Instruments TSD5402Q1EVM can also work with the PurePath™ Console (PPC3) GUI plug-in for programming the I2C register settings.

Features

  • Evaluate all the features of the TSD5402-Q1
  • The integrated load-dump protection of the TSD5402-Q1 reduces external voltage clamp cost and size, and the onboard load diagnostics report the status of the load through I2C
  • Demonstration, evaluation, and development environment through the PurePath Console 3 software
  • Power Guard protection circuitry allows for the configuration of the adjustable voltage limiter based on I2C configured value to improve battery life or protect the load from exceeding the limits
