Vishay / Dale CRCW-HP High-Power Thick Film Chip Resistors

Vishay / Dale CRCW-HP High-Power Thick Film Chip Resistors combine high power ratings with small case sizes that save space on PCB boards. The double-sided resistive element of these series resistors is ideally suited for applications where high power and enhanced pulse-proof features are required. These lead (Pb)-bearing pulse-proof resistors are available in size 0402 up to 2512 with TCR combinations of ±5%, ±1%, or ±0.5% along with 100ppm and 200ppm/°C. The CRCW-HP resistors feature enhanced rated power from 0.2W up to 1.5W and offer significant space savings to designers. These resistors also feature a 1Ω to 1MΩ resistance range (jumper (0Ω)) with enhanced maximum current capability up to 20A. The CRCW-HP resistors operate within the -55°C to 155°C temperature range and are AEC-Q200 qualified. Typical applications include military, industrial, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
