Vishay SOT-323 & SOT-23 ESD Protection Diodes
Vishay Compact SOT-323 & SOT-23 ESD Protection Diodes feature the VCAN16A2 and VCAN33A2, that are bidirectional ESD protection devices that clamp positive and negative overvoltage transients to ground. The ESD diodes offer high isolation (low leakage current, small capacitance) within the specified working range of ±16V or ±33V when connected between the signal or data line and the ground. The ESD Protection Diodes are available in automotive and commercial versions. The AEC-Q101 qualified VCAN16A2-03G and VCAN33A2-03G devices, deliver two-line bidirectional ESD protection for CAN-Bus applications, while the commercial versions are suited for interface ESD protection.
