Omron Electronics G3VM-UV MOSFET Relays feature Very Small Outline Non-leaded package with voltage driving type (VSON(R)). These MOSFET relays come with a current limiting internal resistor on the input side. The G3VM-UV relays offer load voltages of 20V, 40V, and 60V with maximum continuous load currents of 1A, 0.3A, and 0.4A, respectively. These Omron relays operate at a high ambient temperature range from -40°C to +110°C.
