Qorvo QPM6000 Limiter/Low Noise Amplifier
Qorvo QPM6000 Limiter/Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) delivers 23dBm small-signal gain with 18dBm P1dB power and a low noise figure of 1.6dB across the 8GHz to 14GHz frequency range. The device also provides a robustness level of up to 20W of incident power for continuous wave and 40W for pulse applications without performance degradation. With both ports matched to 50Ω, the QPM6000 is ideally suited to support commercial and defense-related applications where robust receiver front ends are required.
The QPM6000 is packaged in an overmold, laminate-based 8.5mm x 6.0mm Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance.
