Vishay Semiconductors SE80PWTx eSMP® SlimDPak Rectifiers offer a maximum of 400V (SE80PWTG), 600V (SE80PWTJ), and 800V (SE80PWTLK). The devices feature a low forward voltage drop and creepage distance of 2.8mm and are ideal for automated placement. The Vishay SE80PWTG/SE80PWTJ/SE80PWTLK rectifiers are available in a SlimDPAK 2L package with a -55°C to +175°C temperature range.Features
