Vishay General Semiconductor V35PW22 High Current Density Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers offer 200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage with 35A maximum average forward rectified current. These devices use Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology and come in a SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) case. The V35PW22 series features low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high-efficiency operation. These AEC-Q101-qualified rectifiers are ideal for use in freewheeling diodes, high-frequency DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.Features
