Infrared (IR) LEDs

LITEON Infrared (IR) LEDs are a comprehensive portfolio of discrete infrared components designed for a wide range of applications, including remote controls, IR wireless data transmission, and security systems. To meet the growing demand for high-performance infrared solutions, LITEON IR LEDs deliver high power output, fast response times, and wide viewing angles. The product line includes GaAs 940nm IREDs, AIGaAs high-speed 850nm IREDs, PIN photodiodes, and phototransistors. For enhanced performance, the photodiodes and phototransistors are available with optical filters that minimize interference from ambient digital light. This feature significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring more accurate and reliable sensor functionality.
