Bourns CDDFN2 Surface Mount TVS Diodes provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices, limiting critical damage and expensive repairs. These DFN-2-packaged devices have dimensions of 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.5mm and are intended to be mounted directly onto a printed circuit board (PCB). Specifications include a 30kV ESD protection, and they are designed to meet IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) protection requirements. CDDFN2-T3V3SC diodes have a 3.3V bidirectional TVS rating, while the CDDFN2-T5V0SC series has a 5V bidirectional TVS rating. Bourns CDDFN2 Surface Mount TVS Diodes are suitable for computers, communication systems, portable instrumentation, and handheld portable devices.
